Our boat sales and brokerage services are handled by our Bridgeport facility. Our 12,000 square foot office and showroom is located on over 20 acres. Located 1 mile east of the Stillwater Bridge offers easy access to our area marinas for showing boats both in-water and on land.

Bridgeport, our retail sales and service company, offers dockside service to our 4 marina locations as well as other marina facilities in the area, via our mobile service vans. Bridgeport can get any parts or accessory that you desire. If we don't have it in-stock, we can usually get it within 1 business day. From oils and lubes to bottom paint and props - we are your one stop shop.

Our Beach House Marina facility in Bayport, MN features a 45' wide concrete launch ramp with two 90' docks on each side. We can launch boats in excess of 50'. Our friendly dock hands are staffed on most weekends to assist you in launching and retrieving your boat. Overnight parking is available.

RiverMarinas features four locations to serve you! Boomsite Marina, located on the St. Croix River in Stillwater, MN features an enclosed harbor with convenient access to the island areas. The Beach House Marina, located on the St. Croix River in Bayport, MN features direct river access sought after by sailboat enthusiasts as well as the convenience of a short walk into downtown Bayport. The marinas is also adjacent to the newly remodeled Lakeside Park. River Park Marina is located just one block south of The Beach House Marina and features an enclosed and protected harbor with very convenient access to the Hudson "Beer Can" islands. Harbor Village, located on the Mississippi River in St. Paul Park, MN features a protected harbor quick access to area camping spots as well as downtown St. Paul.

Dry dock storage at The Beach House Marina and River Park Marina offers customers a convenient way to store and launch their boats, while significantly reducing the cost when compared to traditional in-water slips. The lessee is assigned a dry lot spot at one our our on river locations. Annual leases are from May 1, 2008 toMay 1, 2009. Seasonal leases run from May 1, 2008 to October 15, 2008. The lease includes unlimited daily launches at our Beach House Marina launch ramp. Dock hands are scheduled on most weekends to assist you.
