August 3, 10 & 17 - Summer Tuesdays continue at Lowell Park in Stillwater. Enjoy market vendors and local food starting at 4:30pm, live music at 7:30pm and a movies at dusk. www.summertuesdays.com
August 4, 11, 18 & 25 - Wednesdays are "Cruisin' on the Croix" Hot Rod & Vintage Car Show days in downtown Stillwater. Festivities run from 5:00pm - 10:00pm with live music from 6-9pm.
August 5 & 12 - After an afternoon of boating, cruise into the beautiful town of Hudson, WI to listen to a live performance of the MN Jazz Orchestra (the 5th at 7:00pm) at the Lakefront Bandshell (1st & Locust Street). Is there anything better in the summer than boating and live outdoor concerts? Pickin' Up Steam is playing the 12th ay 7:00pm.

August 19 & 26 - Enjoy these last weeks of summer and pack up the kids and cruise on to Hudson, WI to see Willy Wonka at the Lakefront Bandshell. Enjoy live music before the movie starts at dusk. Madagascar is playing the 26th.
August 20-22 - Held at Pepper Fest Park in North Hudson, this three-day celebration honors the community's Italian heritage. It includes a carnival, kid/doll/pet parades, outdoor concerts, eating contests, a talent show and a pepper cooking contest among other fesitivies. SEPTEMBER

September 10 & 11 - The "Art on Main" Nine Gallery art event on main street in Stillwater features diverse galleries and recognized artists. An artist reception is held at each location featuring one or more artists and refreshments. Explore the galleries between 4:00pm-9:00pm on Friday and 11:00am-5:00pm on Saturday.
September 25-26 - The Spirit of the St. Croix Days will be held in Lakefront Park in downtown Hudson. Enjoy great food and entertainment while perusing art from over 75 local, regional and national artists.
OCTOBER
October 2 & 3 - Take a thermos of hot apple cidar and cuddle under blankets as you enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on the St.Croix. Stop into Stillwater for some lunch and the Fall Colors Fine Art & Jazz Festival. From 10:00am-5:00pm you can shop for unique items while enjoying jazz music.

Treasure Island - Take a day trip and cruise on down the river to Treasure Island Resort & Casino. The marina is just north of Lock & Dam No. 3 on the western side of the Mississippi. Stay overnight in your boat or at the hotel and enjoy a night full of entertainment. There's the casino, of course, but also many special events and shows. Beer Can Island - Just north of the I-94 bridge (west of Hudson, east of Lakeland) is Beer Can Island. A great place camp and have fun with fellow boaters. Get there early - like during a weekday - to set up your camping spot because it is quite popular among fun-loving St.Croix enthusiats but well worth it. Think beer, sun, and your favorite party songs - a true weekend long party on the river!
Northern Vineyards - Bring a picnic and enjoy wines on the deck overlooking the St.Croix at Northern Vineyards on Main Street in Stillwater.
